One Piece Decklists

• Sabo is 5 life / 5000. While you still have 4 or more life, he is −1000 power, so he is a 4000 Leader until you take the first life. Totally normal. Just plan the early swings around it.
• With DON!! x1, if you have a Character that costs 8 or more, the Leader and all of your Characters get +1000.
• Loki (OP17-119) is printed at 6 cost and gains +12 cost, so he counts as 18. Jaguar D. Saul (OP17-089) is printed at 4 cost and also gains +12 cost, so he counts as 16.
• Either one turns the aura on and also turns on the Elbaph Straw Hats that read “if there is a Character with a cost of 12 or more.” Until Saul or Loki hits, the 2-cost Robin / Zoro / Usopp / Sanji pile is a pile of 2000s. Get the switch down, then they feel huge.

This is an Elbaph midrange list with a leftover Docking Six 3-of. OPDeckGuide’s Sabo writeup is a Sanji + Docking Six combo list from OP16. Docking Six is still here. The rest of that older curve is not what 124 OP17 lists are registering.

• Play 4: Nico Robin (OP17-087), Roronoa Zoro (OP17-095), Usopp (OP17-080), Jaguar D. Saul (OP17-089), Loki (OP17-119), and Monkey D. Luffy (OP17-093).
• Play 3: Nami (OP17-086 and OP01-016), Tony Tony Chopper (OP17-084), Brook (ST01-011), Sanji (OP17-082), and Pirates Docking Six (OP15-088).
• Play 2: Jinbe, Bad Manners Kick Course, Gum-Gum Kong Gun, and I’m Luffy!! The Man Who Will Be King of the Pirates!!

• Going second is the cleaner seat. You want a 2-cost searcher, then Saul on 4 DON!!, then Loki or Luffy once the 12-cost switch is on.
• DON!! 1–2: both Namis are 1-cost (OP01-016 looks at 5 for a Straw Hat; OP17-086 trashes an Elbaph card to draw 2). Usopp looks at 3 for Elbaph. Robin, Zoro, and Sanji become 5000s after Saul. Chopper gives Unblockable once a 12-cost is in play. Brook attaches two rested DON!! so the 4000 Leader can still swing. Jinbe becomes a Blocker and 5000 after the switch.
• DON!! 4: Saul. Play him before you flood 2-costs you cannot pump yet.
• DON!! 5–6: Docking Six plays a 2-cost Straw Hat from trash after you mill 3. Loki K.O.s opposing Characters with a total cost of 4 or less and is the second +12-cost body.
• DON!! 8: Luffy gains Rush if a 12-cost Character is already in play, draws 1, and replays a 2-cost from trash. Attach 1 DON!! to the Leader so every body is +1000. Kong Gun is the event that converts that board.
• Going first, keep Usopp or Nami plus Saul and accept that Loki is a turn later. A hand of only Luffy, Kong Gun, and I’m Luffy is a mulligan, not a keep.

• Keep: at least one searcher (Usopp or either Nami) and Saul. Loki in the same hand is a treat if the cheap cards are there.
• Brook is a nice keep on the play so the 4000 Leader can attach DON!! and still swing.
• A 2-cost Straw Hat plus Saul is fine if the searcher missed.
• Send back: a hand of only Loki / Luffy / Kong Gun, or a hand with no 2-cost and no Saul. Sabo at 4000 cannot defend an empty board, and the Straw Hats stay at 2000.
• Double Docking Six with no Straw Hats to replay is also a send-back. The 3-of is a payoff, not an opener.
• The older OPDeckGuide mulligan (searchers into Sanji + Docking Six) still applies if your specific list is that combo build. The 124-list average is not.

• Gum-Gum Kong Gun (2): the closer once a 12-cost body is in play. Cut this before you cut searchers.
• I’m Luffy!! (2): +4000 Counter if a 12-cost is in play. Swap for a third Kong Gun if the room is racing.
• Bad Manners Kick Course (2): +3000 Counter, or −3000 on the Trigger. Lovely in the Mihawk and Black Luffy seats.
• Pirates Docking Six (3): leftover combo tech. If your locals are all midrange, this is the first 3-of to shave.
• Brook (3): the 2-cost that attaches two DON!!. Keep him over a fourth event.
• OPDeckGuide still names OP10-011 Chopper, EB04-007 Zoro, OP13-016 Garp, and ST14-016 I Have My Crew as format techs. Those IDs are not in the 124-list average. Host them only if your 50-card file actually plays them.

• Limitless constructed pairings from 28 August 2026, 16 events, 832 games, 8-game cutoff. Same sample as the Mihawk pairing table.
• Sabo vs Mihawk, 52.1% in 165 games. The most common pairing. Slightly favored, not a free win. Plan for it as the default: Bad Manners plus an on-time Saul into Loki.
• New Realm’s 1 September 2026 OP17 report has Sabo in Tier 1 with Mihawk and Rocks. A public Top 32 Utrecht Finals graphic counted 6 Sabo next to 10 Mihawk and 7 Robin.
• OPDeckGuide’s older strip (60%+ Green Kid, 40% Enel / Bonney / Imu) is a different format. Fun history, not an OP17 win-rate table.
• Rocks is the other Tier 1 midrange. Get the 12-cost switch on before their Shiki / Xebec turn. Ace is the Rush deck that punishes a slow Saul, so keep Brook and the 2-cost searchers in that seat.

• The hub’s latest public dumps are OP17 Elbaph lists: DragonStar Flagship Battle winner, Flame-Flame Utrecht rows, and east-shop OPDeckGuide files.
• They keep the 4-of Robin / Zoro / Usopp / Saul / Loki / Luffy core and fight over Docking Six, Brook, and the events.
• Those pages are 50-card ID dumps, not art guesses.
