One Piece Decklists

• The activate is Main, once per turn. Legal Rush targets: any [Monkey.D.Luffy] Character, or a Whitebeard Pirates Character that is already 8000 or more.
• Marco (OP16-014, 6 cost / 8000), Curiel (OP16-004, 7 cost / 8000), Kingdew (OP17-006, 7 cost / 8000), OP16 Newgate (OP16-003, 8 cost / 10000), and OP17 Newgate (OP17-005, 10 cost / 12000) all qualify.
• Character Ace (OP16-118) is 6000 and does not take Rush. Little Oars Jr. is Whitebeard Pirates Allies, not Whitebeard Pirates.
• 4-cost Luffy (OP16-015) is a Luffy, so he can take Rush. His other line is on the opponent’s attack: trash an 8000-power Character from hand and Ace plus Luffy become 7000 for the turn. That is a defense trick, not a standing pump.

Two Newgates are not a typo: OP16-003 is the 8-cost, OP17-005 is the 10-cost. OPDeckGuide’s Ace writeup is the public curve this page follows.

• Play 4: Monkey D. Garp (OP13-016), Little Oars Jr. (OP16-017), Marco (OP16-014), Curiel (OP16-004), Kingdew (OP17-006), Edward Newgate (OP16-003 and OP17-005), and Moby Dick (OP16-021).
• Play 3: Namule (OP16-010), Monkey D. Luffy (OP16-015), Portgas D. Ace (OP16-118), Vista (OP16-011), and If You’re Coming with Me Kiss Your Lives Goodbye!! (OP16-020).
• Play 2: Uta (ST23-001).
• Play 1: Ga Ha Ha Ha!! (OP17-017).

• Going second is the seat. The Rush activate wants a body that costs what you just spent, then an attack the same turn.
• DON!! 1–2: Garp is a 1-cost searcher (look at 4, take a cost-3-or-more). Moby Dick is a 1-cost Stage that looks at 3 and later trashes itself to attach a rested DON!!. Missing both is why you mulligan. Namule is the other 1-cost if you already have an 8000 in hand to reveal.
• DON!! 4: Luffy, or Little Oars Jr. as the 4-of 8000 Blocker. Luffy is the 3-of you keep Garp to find. He does not pump the Leader on your turn.
• DON!! 5–6: Character Ace searches a Luffy or Whitebeard Pirates card. Marco is the 4-of 6-cost: give him Rush and swing. Vista is the 3-of 6-cost 8000 that also takes Rush and draws if you reveal an 8000. Uta is a 6-cost Blocker that costs 2 if you already have a 10000-power Character. She is a blocker, not a searcher.
• DON!! 7–8: Curiel or Kingdew if you need an 8000 Rush body on 7. OP16 Newgate on 8: your Leader gets Double Attack and +2000, and you can −6000 an opposing Character if you reveal two 8000s. Activate Ace, swing the 8-cost. This is the first real life-pressure turn.
• DON!! 10: OP17 Newgate costs 10, or 6 if the opponent already has a 10000-power Character, and makes your Leader 8000 until the end of their next turn. Character Ace is a closer and a searcher, not the 1-cost you keep instead of Garp.
• Going first, keep Garp plus a 4-cost and accept that the first Rush Newgate is a turn later. A hand of two 8-costs and Character Ace with no 1-drop is a mulligan on either seat.

OPDeckGuide’s keep is the one the consensus list is built for:

• Keep: Garp + Moby Dick + 4-cost Luffy. That is the nut opener.
• Keep Garp + any 4-cost (Luffy or Little Oars Jr.) if Moby Dick is missing.
• Keep Moby Dick + Luffy if Garp is missing. You will be short a search, not a curve.
• Send back: double Newgate, Character Ace + events, Uta with no 10000-power card to discount her, and Ga Ha Ha Ha!! as the only cheap card in an otherwise expensive hand.
• Uta is a 2-of Blocker, not the Garp replacement.
• If you have Garp and no 4-cost, keep Garp and look at the rest of the hand: one Newgate is acceptable, two is not.

• Uta (2): 6-cost Blocker, 2-cost if a 10000-power Newgate is already in play. Keep Garp at 4 instead of adding a third Uta.
• Ga Ha Ha Ha!! (1): the 1-of +2000/−2000 Counter. A second copy is the first cut if you need room.
• If You’re Coming with Me… (3): rest 1 DON!! and reveal an 8000 to draw 1, or +3000 Counter. Keep all three in the Mihawk and Sabo seats.
• Vista (3) / Namule (3): Vista is a 6-cost 8000 Rush body that draws; Namule is a 1-cost that K.O.s a 2000 if you reveal an 8000.
• Character Ace (3): 5-cost searcher. Trim to 2 if you are bricking 5-DON!! hands and the Newgates are already 8.

• Limitless constructed pairings from 28 August 2026, 16 events, 832 games, 8-game cutoff. Same sample as the Mihawk pairing table.
• Ace vs Mihawk, 57.8% in 45 games (26–19). Favored, smaller sample than Sabo or Rocks. Rush Newgate is how you race a Slash midrange list that wants to sit.
• New Realm’s 1 September 2026 report lists Ace as the deck that punishes slow lists, not as a Tier 1 alongside Mihawk / Rocks / Sabo. A public Top 32 Utrecht Finals graphic counted 0 Ace next to 10 Mihawk, 7 Robin, and 6 Sabo. The pairing number versus Mihawk is real. The conversion in that Top 32 is not there yet.
• Feels good: Mihawk, Sabo, Shanks.
• Feels bad: Nico Robin, Rocks, Linlin, Luffy & Ace, Enel, Boa.
• Play Ace when the room is Mihawk / Sabo / Shanks. Swap off when the room is Robin and Rocks. Those lists develop a board Ace cannot race after a missed 4-cost Luffy.

• The hub’s latest public dumps are OP17 Whitebeard Rush piles: Flame-Flame Utrecht (Rian, Felix), a Book Market championship-qualifier winner on TCG PORTAL, TCG Center Flagship, and Good Games Morley.
• They keep 4 Garp, 4 Moby Dick, both Newgates, and 4 Marco, and fight over Luffy / Character Ace / Uta / Ga Ha Ha Ha!! counts.
• Those pages are 50-card ID dumps, not art guesses.
