One Piece Decklists

• Attack every turn you can pay the trash. The reveal is how you find the next on-curve Rocks Pirates card.
• Sitting on the Leader to “save” a trash usually feels worse than just attacking, especially when the top-deck is your only search.
• Cards that are not Rocks Pirates miss the draw. Buckin (OP08-051) is typed Former Rocks Pirates, so she does not count.
• Mihawk gains +1000 if the opposing Leader is Slash, so he is a 6000-power Leader for free in that pairing. That is the 66.4% Mihawk record, not a play mistake on your side.

This is a tight type deck. OPDeckGuide’s Rocks guide is the public curve this page follows. Tech space is small because the 4-ofs already fill the even costs.

• Play 4: Kyo (OP17-045), Miss Buckingham Stussy (OP17-054), Gloriosa (OP17-046), Charlotte Linlin (OP17-049), Edward Newgate (OP17-040), Shiki (OP17-048), Rocks D. Xebec (OP17-118), Rocks Pirates (OP17-056), and There’s No Authority in the World That Lasts Forever!!! (OP17-055).
• Play 3: Streusen (OP17-050), Don Marlon (OP17-052), Captain John (OP17-044), and Kaido (OP17-042).
• Play 2: Buckin.

• OPDeckGuide splits the deck into two on-curve lines. Going second is the preferred seat so the 7-cost Shiki and 10-cost Xebec turns land on time. Shiki is printed at 7, not 8, so on 8 DON!! going second you play him and still have 1 DON!! up.
• Even line: 2 DON!! Kyo (draw 1, protect a removal). 4 DON!! Captain John (forces attacks at him while rested) or Gloriosa (Blocker, bottom a cost-5-or-less). 6 DON!! Newgate (draw 1; trash to give the Leader +3000 in battle). 7–8 DON!! Shiki (Rush: Character, trash a Rocks Pirates card for −3000).
• Odd line: 1 DON!! Streusen (reorder 2, draw 1), then Kyo, then Linlin on 5 DON!! (opponent draws 2 or trashes 2), then Shiki. Play Linlin if the board is empty. Saving her for Shiki usually is not worth it.
• 10 DON!!, Character Xebec: on play he draws 1 and plays up to two Rocks Pirates with different names and a total cost of 9 or less. That is the double-deploy the deck loves. Keep one Xebec in the late hand. Two can brick if Shiki never hit.
• The two 4-of 0-cost events set up or protect that turn: Rocks Pirates bounces a cost-6-or-less (rest 5 DON!!); There’s No Authority gives the Leader Unblockable (rest 1 DON!!).
• Going first, keep Kyo plus John, or Streusen plus Linlin. Accept that Xebec is a turn later. A hand of Shiki + Xebec + events with no 2-cost is a mulligan.

• Keep (second): Kyo + (Captain John, Gloriosa, or Linlin) + (Newgate or Shiki). That is a complete even or odd line.
• Keep (first): Streusen or Kyo, plus one 4- or 5-cost. Shiki in this seat is fine if the cheap card is there.
• Send back: double Xebec, event-only hands, and Kaido + Xebec with no 2-cost.
• Buckin as the only 1-cost is also a send-back. She is a 2-of, not the Kyo replacement, and she does not hit the Leader reveal.

• Buckin (2): extra 1-cost. She is not Rocks Pirates type. Keep Kyo at 4 instead of adding a third copy.
• Don Marlon (3): 3-cost that returns a 0-cost blue Event from trash. Nice if you burn Rocks Pirates / There’s No Authority on sight.
• Kaido (3): 4-cost Blocker that −3000s if you reveal 3 Rocks Pirates from hand. He is the 4-drop backup, not an 8-cost.
• Stussy / Gloriosa (4 each): these look like tech and are not. Stussy stops a cost-6-or-less from attacking; Gloriosa bottoms a 5-or-less. Cutting them for “answers” is how the type density dies.
• OPDeckGuide’s warning is the constraint: there is little tech space. If you add a card that is not Rocks Pirates, you miss draws off the Leader. Stick to cards that already show up on a hosted 50-card list.

• Limitless constructed pairings from 28 August 2026, 16 events, 832 games, 8-game cutoff. Same sample as the Mihawk pairing table.
• Rocks vs Mihawk, 33.6% in 149 games (50–99). Mihawk is 66.4% in the pairing. Slash Leader plus a recycled-DON!! rest lock is the worst matchup in the sample.
• New Realm still puts Rocks in Tier 1 with Mihawk and Sabo. The deck wins the seats Mihawk is not. A public Top 32 Utrecht Finals graphic counted only 1 Xebec. That is conversion, not proof the deck is unplayable.
• Feels good: Sabo, Ace, Linlin, Shanks, Luffy & Ace, Enel (OPDeckGuide’s qualitative strip, not a pairing table).
• Feels bad: Mihawk, Kaido, Black Luffy.
• If the room is Mihawk-heavy, you are the underdog every round you pair it. If the room is Sabo / Ace / Emperor midrange, Rocks is the deck New Realm is ranking in Tier 1. Cutting Rocks Pirates cards to “tech Mihawk” usually just loses the other pairings too.

• The hub’s latest public dumps are OP17 Rocks Pirates piles: Cardshop Flagship Battle winner, TSUTAYA and POCOP TCG PORTAL winners, Bali Awakening Zone, and SaikyoCup.
• They keep the 4-of Kyo / Stussy / Gloriosa / Linlin / Newgate / Shiki / Xebec / events core and fight over Streusen, Don Marlon, Captain John, and Kaido.
• Those pages are 50-card ID dumps, not art guesses.
