Standard format

Lists on this site are 50-card constructed decks plus a leader. English events right now are still the OP16 Standard pool. OP17 English is dated 28 August 2026. The lists below the fold already come from OP17 events in Japan, Germany, and online cups.

OP17 metagame

From lists on this site

Early OP17 is a two-deck format on paper, but the public boards still put Mihawk in S with Rocks. Rocks D. Xebec and Kaido each have about fifty lists here, and Xebec has the wins. Everything else is a step down: black Elbaph Luffy and yellow Linlin are posting, green Shanks and red Newgate are still thin.

Last format is not gone. Green Mihawk still rests the board and steals top eights, and red OP16 Ace is the leftover Whitebeard rush deck that keeps converting in OP17 cups.

  • Rocks D. Xebec Blue · OP17-039

Trash a card on attack and peek the top. If it is Rocks Pirates, draw two. The list is a dense crew - Newgate, Shiki, Linlin, Gloriosa, Stussy, the Rocks stage - and it is the pile people are copying.

  • Kaido Purple · OP17-058

All-Star midrange. Spend a DON!! on your attack or theirs to shrink a body by 2000, then King, Queen, Yamato, and the ten-cost Kaido take the board.

  • Monkey D. Luffy Black · OP17-079

Elbaph blockers, not Imu. Usopp, Gerd, and Loki gum up attacks; a Luffy or Zoro beater finishes. Next new leader after the two above.

  • Charlotte Linlin Yellow · OP17-099

Big Mom swarm. Pudding, Cracker, and Katakuri flood the field and tax life. Same neighborhood as black Luffy - real, not the default.

  • Mihawk Green · OP14-020

The leftover rest deck. Perona, Law, and Dead Man's Game still steal top eights while the new green Shanks list is still settling.

  • Portgas D. Ace Red · OP16-001

Whitebeard rush from last set, not the red/blue OP13 Ace. Luffy, Newgate, Vista, and Moby Dick - still the red deck that shows up in OP17 events.
