One Piece Decklists

• Robin is 4 life / 5000 with Strike and built-in Banish. Life she hits gets trashed, so the Trigger never fires.
• On attack, trash one Trigger from hand, take a DON!! from the DON!! deck, and rest it. That is the whole engine.
• You do not need a Stage. You just want a Trigger in hand so 6 DON!! becomes 7, or 7 becomes 8, and Linlin lands on time.
• Opponents often Counter the 5000 leader swings they would rather eat. That empties their hand before your 10-cost turn, which is a nice bonus.
• OPDeckGuide’s Robin writeup calls the same sequence rope-a-dope: flood 4k Trigger bodies, then Linlin turns those 4ks into 8ks. Use that page for the turn-by-turn DON!! count. The hosted consensus is the 50-card list people are actually registering.

The hub consensus is 89 OP17 lists filled to 50 cards. Think of it as a yellow Big Mom pile with a purple event glued on.

• Play 4: Streusen (OP17-113), Charlotte Daifuku (OP17-107), Charlotte Pudding (OP17-109), Yamato (OP17-074), Charlotte Oven (OP17-102), Charlotte Smoothie (OP17-106), Sweet 3 Generals (OP17-114), Charlotte Linlin (OP17-112), and Gum-Gum Giant (OP09-078).
• Play 3: Brulee, Borsalino, Perospero, and Marshall D. Teach.
• Play 2: Baby 5, the usual flex slot.
• Streusen and Pudding find the name. Oven recasts what Pudding trashed. Linlin is the turn you built the DON!! for. Giant is the 1-cost Counter that also pitches a brick.
• Flame Flame Winner Utrecht (Benjo, 4 September 2026) keeps the same 4-ofs and shuffles the 3-ofs: 3 Teach, 3 Perospero, 3 OP05-073, 2 Brulee, and no Baby 5 / Borsalino. Start from the hub consensus, then peek at that Utrecht page if you want the event photo.

• Going first is the clean Linlin line. Search or draw on the low DON!! turns with Pudding or Streusen, attack with Robin so she adds a rested DON!!, then spend Oven (or It’s to Die For, if your list still has it) to keep the trash line live.
• OPDeckGuide’s curve has Linlin on turn 4 if the Trigger discards hit. Hosted lists often cut It’s to Die For for more Giants and Teach. The DON!! still comes from the leader.
• Going second, attach enough DON!! to swing 8000 with Robin, trash a Trigger, and keep the same 10-cost arrival one turn later.
• If you miss Pudding or Streusen, you can end up with 10 DON!! and no Linlin. Keep a searcher plus a Trigger so that does not happen.

Green Mihawk recycles DON!! and rests the board. Robin does not need to win that rest war. She just presents 10-cost yellow threats and Banish life that do not care if a 5-cost got frozen.

• On the Mihawk matchups page she is 47–33 (58.8%) in 80 games, the biggest reliable hole in that table.
• OPDeckGuide also lists Mihawk as favorable for Robin, along with Ace and Shanks.
• Rocks and Black Luffy are a little worse. Treat that as a curve note, not a reason to skip the pairing table.
• If the room is hawks, this is a very comfortable list to register.

• Mihawk: play the 10-cost and the Banish attacks. Let them rest whatever they want.
• Ace / Luffy & Ace: a race, not a bye. OPDeckGuide calls Ace favorable and Luffy & Ace a little worse. Keep Giant ready.
• Sabo: even on the guide, and a common hawk pairing. Stay on the Linlin line.
• Rocks: a little worse. Blue Rocks draws and clogs the board before you reach Linlin, so protect the Trigger in hand.
• Kaido / Black Luffy: close. Keep Giant and a Trigger so the leader attack still ramps.

• OPDeckGuide’s west hub posted Bandai Utrecht Robin lists (Benjo, Max) on 5 September.
• A public Top 32 Utrecht Finals graphic on r/OnePieceTCG counted 7 Nico Robin in the 32, behind only Mihawk (10) and ahead of Sabo (6).
• Japanese TCG PORTAL and OPDeckGuide east shops keep posting the same yellow 4-ofs. Those pages are 50-card ID dumps, not art guesses.
